The position involves diverse tasks such as custom framing, exposed post and beam installation, siding, and tongue and groove installation. Requirements

• Ideally, 2+ years in carpentry
• Basic framing knowledge required
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Good people skills
• Self-motivated
• Willingness to travel for 2-3 week periods
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Exposed post and beam experience is a plus
