About The Position

The Fragrance Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, building client relationships, demonstrating products, and offering customized recommendations across multiple fragrance brands. The role calls for enthusiasm for the fragrance and beauty industry, competitive drive, and confidence in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly position.

Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Take ownership, demonstrate accountability and initiative, and work toward store objectives and personal and store key metrics.
Create memorable store experiences by building genuine relationships with teammates, vendors, customers, and the community.
Build customer loyalty through excellent service, clienteling tools, and tailored product advice and recommendations.
Execute promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize performance and drive sales.
Use selling tools and digital devices to provide an omnichannel experience and communicate available inventory, assortment, and product details.
Build product knowledge and selling expertise using training tools and resources, applying feedback, and keeping up with industry tips and fragrance trends; encourage repeat client interactions.
Merchandise and replenish products promptly, and maintain visual merchandising, signing, and beauty hygiene standards in line with vendor and company directives.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Adapt to changing circumstances and support selling and store operations by assisting with other assigned tasks.
Support store fulfillment and asset protection by accurately and efficiently executing omni and operations processes, maintaining product protection standards, and following safety guidelines.
