About The Position

The Fountain Worker delivers exceptional guest service in a fast-paced luxury resort environment while preparing and serving beverages and light menu items. The role includes greeting guests, taking and fulfilling orders, processing transactions, and preparing products according to established recipes, presentation standards, and Forbes Five-Star service expectations. The Fountain Worker maintains clean and organized work areas, supports daily operational needs, and collaborates with team members to provide a welcoming and efficient guest experience.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, in a professional manner.
At least 1 year of guest service experience in a high-volume café, coffee shop, quick-service restaurant, juice bar, concession, or similar food and beverage environment.
Basic food and beverage knowledge required.
Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system and handling cash transactions required.
Must maintain a polished, professional appearance and adhere to Wynn grooming standards.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Must possess, or be able to obtain, licenses, permits, and work cards required by local, state, and company regulations.
Must be available for a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Exceptional guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a high-volume environment.
Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to handle cash accurately and complete financial transactions.
Commitment to a luxury guest experience consistent with Forbes Five-Star service expectations.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience preparing specialty beverages, including espresso-based beverages.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional, personalized service while upholding Wynn's service standards.
Greet guests, answer questions about menu offerings, and make recommendations when appropriate.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Prepare and serve beverages and menu items, including coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, juices, and smoothies, according to recipes and presentation standards.
Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
Prepare and deliver orders efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, service areas, and guest-facing spaces in accordance with health regulations.
Restock products, ingredients, supplies, and disposables.
Receive, organize, and store vendor and warehouse deliveries as assigned.
Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs to leadership.
Complete opening, closing, and side work, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance.
Follow food handling, sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with culinary, stewarding, and front-of-house team members to support seamless operations.
Support promotional initiatives, special events, and other operational needs as directed by management.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
