About The Position

The Juice Bar Attendant prepares juices and smoothies for members and drinks for dining-room servers in a prompt, friendly manner. The role requires performing in a fast-paced environment with a knowledgeable, confident, and positive approach. The position is considered entry-level and pays $16.60 per hour, plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Greet members promptly.
• Clearly and accurately describe juice bar items and answer basic menu questions.
• Take orders properly and accurately.
• Understand the properties of add-ons and supplements.
• Prepare appealing drinks in proper portions.
• Use the POS system proficiently.
• Monitor the server printer and prepare server drinks accurately and promptly.
• Maintain juice bar cleanliness and presentation.
• Collect payment for checks and maintain a cash drawer without a pattern of significant walkouts, shortages, or overages.
• Complete assigned opening and closing sidework, including preparing accurate requisitions.
• Keep the work area clean and sanitary at all times.
• Maintain a fresh, clean produce display and rotate stock daily.
• Maintain, clean, and lubricate equipment.
• Ensure TVs are set to current home-team games when applicable.
• Answer basic questions about Club services and events.
• Address reasonable member requests.
• Follow proper food-handling procedures and sanitation standards.
