About The Position

The Founding Recruiter will build and lead the entire talent-hiring function, owning full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles while shaping the company’s culture and employer brand. Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups, preferably in AI, SaaS, or deep tech
- Demonstrated success hiring across technical and GTM roles, closing 10–15 hires per year in competitive markets
- Experience building recruiting processes from the ground up at early-stage companies
- Strong proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize key recruiting metrics
