Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven success hiring across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other business roles
- Exceptional ability to self-source top talent and manage the full candidate pipeline
- Strong relationship-building and consultative skills with founders and hiring leaders
- Demonstrated success establishing scalable recruiting processes from the ground up
