This is not a volume-driven role but a strategic position where a single extraordinary hire can significantly impact the company's trajectory. The individual will own the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, coordination, and closing, and will be responsible for building the systems and processes for attracting world-class talent. The ideal candidate is autonomous, precise, a builder, and thrives in creating structure. This role requires a deep understanding of what excellence looks like for a given position and the ability to convince top candidates of the importance of the work. It is not suited for those who measure success by req count or time-to-fill, or who prefer executing an existing playbook over building a new one.
