About The Position
You will invent new design paradigms for human-agent supervision at scale. As a founding engineer, you'll own the entire user experience from greenfield design systems to mission-critical browser agent interfaces. This role is for a product-obsessed builder with elite taste who wants to define how the world interacts with the next generation of AGI. Requirements
- Has 3+ years of experience shipping B2B products used by thousands of users with a strong portfolio of high-quality frontend work.
- Possesses incredible visual taste and Figma fluency, balancing perfectionism with the pragmatic need to ship rapidly in a startup environment.
- Demonstrates an AI-native mindset with the ability to manage customer accounts directly and translate feedback into high-impact platform improvements.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the end-to-end platform UX, including a unified design system and core frontend features using TypeScript and Go.
- Drive user adoption by conducting interviews, reviewing PostHog sessions, and iterating on onboarding to make complex agent executions intuitive.
- Function as a full-stack owner, building features from backend infrastructure to polished landing pages and customer-facing tools.
