Founding Product Engineer

WeaveSan Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Weave (YC W25) is building the definitive platform for understanding and improving how engineering teams work. We believe the current methods for measuring engineering output are flawed, and that modern AI can provide a more accurate and actionable view of productivity, impact, and collaboration. With over 150 customers, including Robinhood, Rho, PostHog, and Browserbase, Weave has experienced consistent double-digit month-over-month revenue growth since May and is seeking to accelerate this growth. Having secured $4.2M in seed funding from investors like Moonfire, Burst Capital, and Y Combinator (W25), Weave is now hiring a Founding Product Engineer to help shape the product and technical foundation of the company. This is a unique opportunity to join at the earliest stage and influence how millions of engineers and leaders perceive engineering work. Weave is fundamentally rethinking engineering output, utilizing AI to understand engineers' actual workflows (beyond just shipped code), surface insights on productivity, quality, collaboration, and impact, and help teams improve outcomes without relying on vanity metrics or surveillance. The ultimate goal is to foster better engineering practices, not just increased output.
