About The Position

ResiQuant exists to keep the built world insurable as catastrophe intensifies. Our AI agents process broker submissions, virtually inspect buildings, validate structural data, and price risk against carrier guidelines in minutes, a process that used to take underwriting teams days or weeks. We are a team of scientists, ex-founders, AI and structural engineers, and product builders backed by prominent investors. Our co-founders are structural engineering PhDs from Stanford with extensive experience in catastrophe modeling and disaster response.

Responsibilities

Own the revenue engine, including account mapping, outbound prospecting, managing advisor/investor/industry relationships, and running conferences end-to-end.
Drive deal velocity by managing pilots, coordinating environments, chasing customer data, and keeping evaluation cadences on track.
Manage enterprise selling processes such as security questionnaires, procurement steps, and vendor onboarding.
Build closing collateral including proposals, decks, and one-pagers.
Develop and maintain the systems for account research, signal capture, and follow-up automation.
Own pipeline numbers, including weekly reviews, conversion and velocity tracking, and contributing to board decks.
Facilitate the feedback loop from the market to the product team, including capturing objections, feature requests with business context, and competitor moves.
