Concourse is the fastest-growing govtech building the operating system for State and Local governments. Our platform is a configurable approach to tackling fragmented government data and workflows, turning them into smooth operations for public servants and the constituents they serve. We sell to more than 100 governments today. There are roughly 90,000 in the United States. As Concourse's first GTM Engineer, you build the machine that finds the next ten thousand and earns the first meeting. Government is the most transparent buyer in the world. Nobody has engineered it. Part of the job is the signal engine: agents that read agendas, budgets, RFPs, and legislation across thousands of governments and route accounts to our AEs with a brief that says exactly why to call today. The other part of the job is what you show up with. Most outbound is a cold email asking for someone's time. Ours does the work first. Everything a government does is public: its budget, its ordinances, its contracts, its website. So you can pick an agency, find what is broken, build the fix or the analysis, and put it in front of the person who owns the problem before they have heard of us. Then run it across a thousand agencies at once. Your job is to help us turn tokens into first meetings. Government buyers are careful, and they should be. Trust comes from showing up at the right moment with something useful in hand. Our bet is that one great GTM engineer running a fleet of agents beats a 20-person outbound team. In a market no sales team could ever cover by hand, that is the whole game.
