About BackOps Supply chain operations are some of the most complex, high-stakes workflows in any business — and for too long, the teams running them have had to hold it together manually. Missed shipments, cascading exceptions, hours of coordination that pulls people away from the work that actually moves the business forward. The infrastructure hasn't kept up with the complexity. BackOps is changing that. We build agentic AI that automates the operational work that supply chain teams have always had to do by hand — not by wrapping AI around legacy tools, but by rethinking the infrastructure from the ground up. We're ~50 people, headquartered in San Francisco, and backed by investors who support category-defining companies early and with conviction: our Series A was led by Theory Ventures, with participation from Gradient, Construct Capital, and 10VC. The problem is real, the timing is right, and we're building the team that will define how this space evolves. If you want to do work that matters, with people who take ownership seriously, at a company where what you build becomes the foundation — keep reading. The Role We're hiring our first in-house GTM recruiter who finds real satisfaction in the hunt: sourcing relentlessly, running a tight process, and closing candidates who weren't actively looking. This is a high-volume, full-cycle role built for someone who loves the craft and wants to go deep on it. GTM hiring is where we need you most. Our Sales, Customer, and broader go-to-market teams are growing quickly, and the caliber of talent we're looking for means inbound alone won't get it done. You'll report to the Head of People & Talent and own full-cycle execution across your own reqs — with real input into how you source, sell, and close. You'll have the support and context to do it well, and the trust to run your searches your way.
