About The Position

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is looking for a Recruiter to support strategic hiring for its organization and contribute to the team’s growth and success. This role will drive full cycle recruitment for positions across the GTM and G&A teams. The Recruiter will partner with leadership and act as a strategic talent partner and advisor across the organization. They will leverage their recruiting expertise and deep knowledge of Fin's business to design strategy and differentiate Fin in the market. Additionally, they will proactively identify opportunities and solutions to improve and iterate on recruiting processes and partner with stakeholders to drive solutions forward.

Requirements

4+ years of full cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience in a high growth tech environment.
Expertise and talent market intelligence across business teams (GTM and G&A functions).
Creative recruiting approach and capable of attracting and converting talent.
Proven track record of partnering with GTM leaders to meet and exceed hiring goals.
Data and metrics driven, ability to use data to inform decisions.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for building and managing diverse pipelines.
Aligned with Fin's values; growth mindset, highly collaborative, work with a sense of urgency and obsess about customer success.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

Partner with Fin's leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs.
Influence and advise stakeholders on their recruiting approach, strategy, and processes.
Create diverse and robust pipelines and attract and convert talent through creative sourcing tactics.
Attract and convert passive talent through effective and authentic storytelling of company strategy and business goals.
Leverage data to diagnose challenges in a search, proactively create and execute solutions, and influence and advise stakeholders.
Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
