About The Position

Ataraxis AI is hiring a Founding Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting and help build the company’s hiring engine. The role includes sourcing candidates creatively, developing interview processes and scorecards, improving candidate experience, and tracking funnel and time-to-fill metrics. The recruiter will manage outside recruiting partners as needed and help shape how the team grows.

Ataraxis is a clinical AI research lab developing methods and clinical tools to predict patient outcomes and treatment response. The company works across multimodal clinical data, including causal inference, foundation models for digital pathology, and survival analysis. Its first clinical products include Ataraxis Breast, which supports treatment selection for breast cancer. The company has raised more than $24 million, including a $20 million Series A.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house recruiting at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Comfort with technical or research hiring, or a strong desire to learn it.
• A track record of high-volume go-to-market hiring, such as account executives or field sales.
• Fluency with modern recruiting and AI tools, and a tendency to automate repetitive work.
• Ability to move quickly from outreach to signed offer without lowering the hiring bar.
• Bias for action.
