About The Position

Sandstone is hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to build a repeatable growth system that converts the company’s momentum into predictable pipeline. The role will identify which channels, messages, and offers resonate with in-house legal buyers, then turn successful approaches into repeatable programs. The marketer will work closely with the co-founders and teams across Sales, Partnerships, Design, and Product. This is an early-stage, high-autonomy role for someone comfortable building in a greenfield environment, balancing quantitative analysis and creative experimentation, and combining strategic planning with hands-on execution. The person will help the team understand and improve marketing performance while applying sound judgment in campaigns aimed at reputation-conscious legal buyers skeptical of AI hype. Sandstone works five days a week from its Lower East Side offices. Dogs are welcome, and the office culture encourages collaboration and curiosity.
