About The Position

Join us in building the leading AI-Powered Mission Control for Corporate Travel. Some of the world's most recognizable companies, representing over $4T in market value, rely on Clarasight's software to reduce risks, save costs, protect revenues, and manage emissions aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals. We believe the Travel Manager has never been more important than they are today. AI, cost pressures, efficiency requirements, and sustainability are reshaping the role. Travel leaders are being asked to operate as strategic partners, but they've lacked the tools, skills, confidence, and peer networks to lead that shift. If we elevate and enable Travel Managers as leaders, we earn trust, relevance, and durable demand. This role exists to help build that engine, starting with community and live experiences. This is a growth role, but not a traditional one. You'll work closely with founders to design, build, and run the growth channels we already know work, then help turn them into repeatable systems. You'll also partner closely with Sales to drive the pipeline, with shared ownership of outcomes. Community and events are the non-negotiable core of this role — everything else should reinforce these engines. Founders are deeply involved and will partner directly with you on programming, presence, and strategy.

  • Have helped scale something before and are ready to build and own from the ground up.
  • Have been a strong #2 looking for a clear ownership role.
  • Are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
  • Are drawn to community, events, and relationship-driven growth.
  • Are energized by small teams, fast feedback, and visible impact.
  • Are willing and excited to travel ~25% of the time.
  • Are curious about new AI tools and comfortable learning and experimenting in public.

Responsibilities

  • Help design and evolve Clarasight's community as a core driver of trust and demand.
  • Shape the purpose and direction of the community.
  • Design experiences that help Travel Managers stay relevant in an AI-driven world.
  • Build a repeatable cadence of sessions, workshops, and peer connections.
  • Partner with founders to maintain quality as the community grows — this is about relevance and impact, not scale for scale's sake.
  • Help define how Clarasight shows up in person.
  • Decide which events matter and what success looks like.
  • Design in-person moments that feel intentional, not transactional.
  • Turn events into momentum through preparation, presence, and follow-up.
  • Develop judgment around ROI in a relationship-driven market.
  • Turn community and events motions into repeatable systems, not one-off wins.
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline, with shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Ensure every other growth channel reinforces the community and events core.
