Meadow is rebuilding end-of-life care from the ground up - a $20B industry that hasn't meaningfully changed in 70 years. In under two years, we became the largest independent funeral home in California. We've since expanded into multiple states and become the trusted partner for hundreds of families every month during one of life's hardest moments. We just closed our Series A and are scaling fast. Backed by top-tier investors and led by operators with prior exits at Stripe, Google, and Opendoor, we're applying real technology and real hospitality to a category that has had neither. As Meadow's founding Partnerships Lead in Texas, you'll build our referral engine in the state from zero, owning every partnership from first conversation to recurring referral volume. You'll cultivate relationships across hospices, senior living communities, palliative care teams, and social workers - the people families turn to in their hardest moments. You'll arrive with a proven playbook from California and a mandate to adapt, break, and improve it for Texas. What you build here will shape how Meadow expands into every market next. The motion is partnership-led, not transactional. No cold outreach quotas, no hard selling - just long-game trust building with a network that compounds the longer you tend to it. It's also deeply human work. Roughly 20% of your time is spent personally returning cremated remains to families - a small thing that means everything, and one of the moments families remember most about Meadow. If you've been looking for a category that genuinely needs disruption and a company early enough that you can still shape it, this is it. This is a field role - you'll be out in your market most days, so reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are also required.
