Partnerships Lead

AmigoNew York, NY

About The Position

As the first Partnerships Lead at Amigo, you’ll be the architect and engine of our indirect revenue ecosystem. You will recruit, activate, and scale a network of strategic allies who are capable of delivering Amigo’s agentic AI solutions to the world. You’ll own the partner relationship from initial recruitment through high-volume revenue generation—responsible for ensuring our partners are not only enabled but are held accountable for driving consistent ARR. This role requires a unique blend of "in-the-trenches" sales grit and high-level strategic orchestration. You’ll operate as a revenue driver, embedding within our partners’ sales teams, mapping their incentives, and ensuring Amigo is their first choice for every client engagement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in channel sales, partnership management, or strategic account management, specifically within the enterprise SaaS or AI space and in healthcare
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas through indirect sales channels
  • Exceptional ability to run product demos and pitch complex AI solutions to both technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience using CRMs and PRMs to manage a complex, multi-party sales pipeline.
  • A self-starter who thrives in an early-stage environment—you are energized by building the partnership "machine" while simultaneously running it.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and sign high-impact partners (EHRs, Resellers, and Referral partners) that align with Amigo’s strategic goals and healthcare-focused mission.
  • Take direct accountability for partner-sourced ARR, managing the full lifecycle of the channel funnel from lead generation to contract signature.
  • Lead partners through a rigorous enablement journey, moving them rapidly from initial signing to their first closed deal.
  • Support partner sales cycles by joining discovery calls and demos, ensuring the Amigo value proposition is executed at the highest level.
  • Maintain a constant presence with partner teams through regular office hours, Q&A sessions, and product deep-dives to clear technical hurdles.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners to track performance against revenue targets, pipeline health, and lead velocity.
  • Develop the collateral, training frameworks, and ROI models that empower partners to sell Amigo independently and effectively.
  • Bridge the gap between partner feedback and our internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure our platform evolves with market demands.
