About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial leader for our BRAND NEW Alloy Personal Training studio opening in Madison East, WI. This is a rare opportunity to help build a premium boutique fitness studio from the ground floor alongside experienced ownership already operating a successful Alloy studio in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate is a builder, not a maintainer. You’ll be leading overall presales, founding-member acquisition, community partnerships, grassroots marketing, local events, retention initiatives, and launch operations for Alloy Madison East. Success in this role comes from relationship-building, consultative sales, community presence, and operational leadership. You will play an instrumental role in launching and growing Alloy Madison East from presale through Year 1 operations. This role requires strong sales instincts, leadership ability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced launch environment. You’ll work closely with experienced ownership already operating Alloy in Wisconsin and actively expanding the brand. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing boutique fitness franchise with long-term advancement potential as additional studios are developed. Since 2020, Alloy Personal Training has expanded rapidly nationwide with over 300 studios sold and launched across the United States.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in boutique fitness, premium hospitality, or service-business sales leadership
  • Experience with a new-location launch, presale, or grand opening preferred
  • Strong consultative-sales background with measurable success
  • Experience working with marketing agencies or lead-generation partners preferred
  • MindBody or comparable studio software experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable conducting 30+ consultations weekly
  • Evening and weekend availability required

Responsibilities

  • Lead all founding-member sales activity from first contact through signed agreement
  • Conduct consultations, tours, follow-up calls, and conversion conversations
  • Execute high-volume outreach and lead follow-up activity
  • Build community partnerships and referral relationships
  • Represent Alloy at networking events and local community activations
  • Partner with the outside marketing agency on Meta and Google campaigns, organic social media content, and event-driven lead capture
  • Help recruit and onboard the founding coaching team
  • Manage MindBody and related studio-management systems
  • Drive ongoing membership growth and retention initiatives
  • Help grow the studio to 110-150 active members during Year 1
