About the Role Are you a commercially sharp, high-energy communicator who wants to be at the absolute tip of the spear for a global expansion? We are looking for our Founding US Business Development Representative to be one of the first hires in our newly established American arm. This isn't just a "lead gen" job; it is a career-defining opportunity to build the foundation of our Go-To-Market engine in the United States. As one of our first BDRs on the ground, you will be charged with introducing our AI-powered social impact tools, like Magic Notes, to city, county, and state-level health and human services departments. You’ll be navigating complex public sector landscapes and partnering with mission-driven non-profits to show them how technology can return thousands of hours to their frontline staff. You will have immense autonomy to help shape our US messaging, test new channels, and establish the playbook that future team members will follow. This role is for someone who thrives in the "zero-to-one" phase. It’s about grit, rapid iteration, and the desire to own a territory. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives to break into high-value accounts, acting as the face of Beam to US leaders who are desperate for the innovation we provide.
