As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Blockaid, you will be the forefront of our growth engine, driving the pipeline that powers our sales organization. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll engage with prospects across the Web3 and cybersecurity ecosystem, uncover new business opportunities, and create meaningful connections that convert into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This is a hybrid role in our NYC office 4 days/week. Candidates must be based in New York City. Sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this role. Compensation is determined based on specific skills and experience, and the target base salary for this role is $90-100k + performance-based bonus.
