About The Position

Viridian Staffing’s Client is currently seeking a Founding Account Executive to join a fast-growing, service-oriented organization based in San Francisco, CA. This is an opportunity for a high-performing, full-cycle sales professional who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited by the idea of building something from the ground up while driving meaningful revenue impact from day one. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial outreach through close, working directly with founders, business owners, and senior leaders to understand their needs and introduce solutions that support more efficient operations and scalable growth. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to refine messaging, strengthen your approach in the market, and play a key role in shaping how the organization continues to expand its client base. This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team at an early stage, where your contributions will directly influence company trajectory. The organization has already demonstrated strong traction in the market and is continuing to expand across a diverse customer base ranging from emerging businesses to more established organizations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role within a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Highly driven, competitive, and energized by performance-based environments.
  • Resilience and persistence required to succeed in a fast-paced, in-person culture.
  • Ability to communicate value clearly and build strong relationships quickly.

  • Experience selling into operational or executive stakeholders is preferred.
