About The Position

We’re hiring for a Founding Account Executive for Intellica, the sales concierge that chats with your customers via iMessage. Real humans recovering carts, building relationships, and lifting revenue the same day you go live. We deliver a 10% revenue lift, 50% reply rates, and 10× abandoned cart recovery for Shopify DTC brands doing $10M+ ARR. Install in one meeting, zero lift from your team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a consultative, closing role (Account Executive).
  • E-Commerce DNA. You've sold into D2C brands before and have a real rolodex. You understand how D2C brand grow and how we can help them.
  • Evidence of closing. Show us the deals, the cycles, the logos. We want proof, not potential.
  • AI fluency. You actively use AI tools to prospect, research, draft, and iterate. You can articulate why AI augmented concierge commerce is category defining.
  • Relationship first instinct. Our product is a concierge. You need to understand what it’s like to be a personal shopper because that's what you're selling.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. Revenue is performance-based and fluctuates with store volume. You're not selling fixed ARR; you're betting on accounts, and you win when they win.

  • Big plus if you can bring accounts on day one.
  • Miami based preferred. We're intentionally building here because the ecommerce scene is growing.

Responsibilities

  • Be our first dedicated sales hire. Founder-led sales have taken us this far; now we need someone who can own, systematize, and scale it.
  • Prospect and close new mid-market D2C accounts ($10M–$100M revenue) and eventually build the sales playbook. This is a full end to end sales role, and then some.
  • Multi-party, consultative sale. You're navigating brand owners, Heads of E-Commerce, and Ops.
  • Work closely with our CEO, Head of Growth and Head of CX.
