About The Position

WeRoad is hiring a Founding Account Executive to build and sell its new corporate travel product in the United States. Companies can book trips as offsites or team retreats across WeRoad’s itineraries. The role is focused on remote and distributed teams, as well as companies with offices. Because there is not yet a proven pitch, pricing model, or sales process, the person in this role will close the first deals and document what works while helping establish group adventure travel as an offsite category. The Account Executive will run the full sales cycle, manage a pipeline that includes business development representative meetings, inbound leads, and self-sourced outbound, and grow the accounts they win. They will work with the General Manager to refine pricing, packaging, and messaging; create proposals, decks, and case studies; document a repeatable sales playbook; and coordinate with operations to ensure trips are delivered as sold. The role reports to the General Manager, US, who provides direct deal support. It also works with a dedicated business development representative and a lean US team spanning sales, customer experience, and digital marketing. The position offers autonomy in how the US business operates and a potential path into leadership as the corporate team grows. The role is remote in the US and full-time. On-target earnings are $120,000 with uncapped commission. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not provided.
