About The Position

We are hiring our Founding Account Executive to establish and define the sales function. This is not a plug-and-play quota carrier role. This is a builder role. Our client is an AI startup building the intelligence layer for professional services and software implementation. The platform automates discovery, solution design, and decision workflows for Systems Integrators and forward-deployed teams across a $400B+ services category. The company is early-stage (Seed), high-velocity, and building its go-to-market motion from scratch.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years full-cycle B2B SaaS or professional services sales
  • Closed $50K–$100K+ ACV deals consistently
  • Experience selling into Systems Integrators OR working within the SI ecosystem
  • Ability to demo technical products independently
  • Builder mindset — comfortable with ambiguity
  • HubSpot proficiency
  • NYC-based, on-site 5 days/week
  • US work authorization (visa available for exceptional cases)

Nice To Haves

  • Sold implementation tooling or professional services software
  • Former solution engineer / forward-deployed background
  • Early sales hire at a startup
  • Network across Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, Capgemini, etc.
  • Experience with AI-enabled sales workflows

Responsibilities

  • Close deals
  • Design the sales motion
  • Build qualification frameworks
  • Shape messaging
  • Establish lighthouse SI relationships
  • Define the foundation of the sales organization
  • Full-cycle revenue across Systems Integrators (Emerging → Mid-market → Enterprise)
  • Prospecting → Discovery → Demo → Negotiation → Close
  • End-to-end technical demos (no reliance on SE for standard flows)
  • Sales process, messaging, and qualification standards
  • HubSpot hygiene and accurate forecasting
  • Establishing early flagship logos within the SI ecosystem
  • Operating as an AI-first seller leveraging automation and agent tooling
