About The Position

Optexity is hiring for a flexible, hands-on customer-facing role in New York. This is not a support or sales role; it is intended for someone who wants to start a company someday and wants a front-row seat to building one. The person will represent Optexity to the practices, clinics, and doctors who use its product, spend time on site learning how they work, and bring those insights to the founders to help shape the product. The role spans product, customer discovery, customer success, customer coordination, and some engineering work. The position is on site in New York, where Optexity's customers are. The hire will work directly with founders and engineers, help onboard and drive usage at customer practices, address customer issues, and contribute to early sales and renewals. New graduates are welcome to apply.
