About The Position
The Founder's Associate is a generalist operator who works directly with the founders on the company's most important strategic and operational priorities. The role involves owning cross-functional projects from scoping through execution, standing up initiatives and processes as the company grows, analyzing problems, framing decisions, and driving follow-through across teams. It is a high-trust, high-visibility position with exposure to every part of the business and opportunities to take on greater ownership quickly. The company is a fast-moving consumer crypto-trading startup building a trading platform for retail users. The position is based in the New York office and requires working in person. Compensation is listed as a $150,000–$300,000 base.
Requirements
- Experience at a crypto or DeFi startup in a generalist or operator role.
- Strong understanding of crypto markets and trading products.
- Track record of owning ambiguous projects end to end.
- Sharp analytical and communication skills, with the judgment to work directly alongside founders.
- High ownership and comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Ability to work in person from the New York office.
