About The Position

The Founder's Associate works directly with Coral Care's CEO and Founder, Jen Wirt, as her right hand. The role is intended for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a venture-backed startup is built. It is split between owning cross-functional projects end to end (about 70%) and providing CEO and office support (about 30%). The support work is described as an important way to gain visibility into the CEO's work and earn larger projects. Coral Care is building a marketplace for local care, initially focused on pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy. The company connects licensed providers with families and supports clinicians with insurance, scheduling, billing, and patient demand. The team is about 20 people and is based at its NYC headquarters.
