Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Graphic design experience supporting print and digital collateral preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Foundation event planning, logistics, and execution to uplift Foundation fundraising, donor engagement, and community partnerships in support of Dell Children's.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, catering, signage, and guest experiences while ensuring accurate tracking, stewardship, and operational excellence.
  • Design and produce branded print and digital materials supporting Foundation campaigns, donor communications, community outreach, and healthcare fundraising initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate donor data, expense tracking, and event reporting within Raiser’s Edge and Foundation records to improve documentation and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with volunteers, patient families, and community partners to strengthen donor relationships, recognition activities, and supporter engagement experiences.
  • Support fundraising growth by organizing hospital tours, donor recognition events, and community partnerships while maintaining exceptional service in fast-paced healthcare environments.
