About The Position

Palantir’s Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSEs) work directly with customers to understand challenging problems and design and implement solutions that use data to address them. Customers use Palantir’s platforms for critical operations, and projects may begin with open-ended questions. FDSEs apply problem-solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to help organizations use data to make a real-world impact and gain insight into important industries and institutions. Their work may include discussing architecture with engineers, handling large-scale data, coding custom web applications, speaking with customer executives, and setting team strategy. The role offers opportunities to learn new technologies and languages, work autonomously, and make independent decisions while supported by a collaborative community.
