About The Position

A Series A AI infrastructure company is hiring two Forward Deployed Software Engineers in New York City or London. The company provides infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and real-time guardrails that regulated enterprises use to deploy and scale AI. The roles combine hands-on technical execution with direct customer engagement in complex enterprise environments. Both hires will own customer deployments from technical discovery and scoping through production readiness and formal handoff. They will configure and troubleshoot customer environments and turn recurring deployment challenges into reusable tooling, patterns, and playbooks. One position is for an exceptional individual contributor who owns end-to-end deployments; the other is for a technically strong engineer with the credibility and drive to build and lead a team. Both positions report directly to the co-founders.

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on customer-facing engineering experience.
Experience deploying agentic workflows and LLMs.
End-to-end ownership of enterprise customer deployments.
Based in or willing to relocate to New York City, NY, or London, UK; the role is in-person.
NYC-based hires must be U.S. citizens.
One position requires an exceptional individual contributor; the other requires a technically strong engineer with the credibility and drive to build and lead a team.

Nice To Haves

Experience deploying AI systems in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.
Familiarity with customer-owned or on-premises enterprise infrastructure environments.
Background in networking, observability tooling, or production incident response.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and Helm-based deployment automation.

Responsibilities

Own customer deployments end-to-end, from technical discovery and scoping through production readiness and formal handoff.
Configure and troubleshoot Kubernetes, Helm, infrastructure, networking, identity, observability, and scaling in customer environments.
Translate recurring deployment issues into reusable patterns, tooling, and playbooks that reduce friction across future engagements.
For the team-building position, help build and lead a team.
