About The Position

DOSS is building an AI-native Operations Cloud for physical product businesses to manage procurement, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and finance. Its Adaptive Resource Platform and unified operational data model help teams deploy quickly, automate workflows, and adapt without lengthy re-implementation.

The Forward Deployed Product Manager is part of DOSS’s Forward Deployed Services team, which supports the post-sales product operations and implementation lifecycle. The role spans customer discovery, workflow analysis, data modeling, product design, integrations, platform configuration, user acceptance testing, and go-live. It supports larger upper mid-market and enterprise clients, helps develop new product capabilities, and contributes to team best practices and process improvements. The position may be based anywhere in the US, with Denver, Colorado currently prioritized.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management at a technology company.
• Ability to understand interconnected people, process, and technology systems, analyze them, and develop workable solutions.
• Experience in high-pressure roles, such as in startups, consulting, or finance.
• Ability to understand engineering and logic problems from first principles.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize information and reach sound answers quickly.
• Ownership and accountability mindset, customer focus, appetite for operational and technical detail, business acumen, and ability to learn quickly.

Nice To Haves

• ERP experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• SQL experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end ERP lifecycle and customer success, from discovery and design through implementation and go-live.
• Conduct cross-functional deep dives with customer organizations to map end-to-end business processes and workflows.
• Build new product capabilities and solutions in the DOSS ERP platform for upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations needed for successful implementations.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and go-live; build customer relationships to drive retention and potential upsell.
• Contribute best practices and process improvements across the Forward Deployed Services team.
• Contribute to product and customer-lifecycle improvements through automation and AI.
