About The Position

ElevenLabs is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and build tailored technical solutions for strategic customers. Embedded with the company’s most strategic customers, the engineer will work on high-stakes projects, contribute to technical architectures and product features, and build full-scale integrations. The role involves taking ownership of complex, high-impact challenges to help clients achieve their goals and make effective use of ElevenLabs technologies. The position is remote-first and may be performed from anywhere in the United States. Candidates based in New York or San Francisco are preferred and may work from an ElevenLabs office. Regular travel for customer onsite visits is expected.

Requirements

Experience working with customers; experience through student clubs or side projects is acceptable.
Interest in working closely with customers in a technical capacity.
Proficiency in Python.
Strong software development knowledge, including a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and API integration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and use logic to pursue optimal solutions.
