About The Position
Endeavor builds custom AI systems for companies in mission-critical industries, including manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, defense, and life sciences. Its systems are built inside clients’ own technology stacks and are intended to reach production quickly. Endeavor’s purpose is to help companies put AI to work and strengthen American industrial leadership. Forward Deployed Engineers work side by side with customers to understand their toughest issues, then architect and build solutions using business-critical data and the latest AI advancements. They work in small, agile teams and own end-to-end execution and implementation of high-stakes projects. Their work directly affects customers’ missions and the real world.
Requirements
- High agency, slope, and chaos ceiling; strong first-principles thinking, outcome orientation, and resiliency.
- Engineering background; fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science are preferred.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
- Graduating in 2027.
- Ability to travel.
