About The Position

Eagle is a Client Project-backed AI holding company acquiring profitable architecture, engineering and construction firms and modernizing them with applied AI. FDEs embed directly inside acquired businesses, Client high-leverage problems and own solutions from user discovery through production deployment and adoption.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in full-stack, forward-deployed or customer-facing product engineering.
• True end-to-end FDE or founding/early-stage engineering experience.
• Production experience with LLMs, RAG, agents or document parsing.
• At least one strong signal: recognizable Seed-Series C startup or top-tier technical education.
• High agency, entrepreneurial mindset and strong product judgment.
• Willing to travel Mon-Thu, 2-3 weeks/month during the first 100 days after acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Embed on-site with acquired engineering firms and identify high-value workflows to automate.
• Own discovery, product judgment, architecture, build, deployment, production debugging and iteration.
• Build production solutions using LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, document parsing and automation.
• Own customer relationships and translate noisy user feedback into clear product decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and feed deployment learnings back into Eagle's platform.
