About The Position

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking Form Builders Structures to build and set forms for construction projects. The role involves working to plan specifications, assisting with concrete placement and finishing, and supporting general jobsite activities. Work hours may be adjusted to meet project needs, including days, nights, and weekends. The position requires working in adverse weather and hot or cold temperatures.

Requirements

At least 1 year of construction experience.
Strong commitment to jobsite safety and diligence in demonstrating safe work practices.
Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and hot or cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

Build forms according to plan specifications.
Set forms on line and grade.
Use power tools safely.
Understand and use concrete finishing tools, including bull floats, straight edges, screeds, and hand floats.
Place and finish concrete to plan specifications.
Follow instructions.
Assist with concrete placement and finishing.
Perform traffic control.
Install erosion control devices.
Perform general site cleanup.
Follow safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
