About The Position

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking Form Builders Structures in Greenville, Texas. The form setter/builder is responsible for building and setting forms, assisting with concrete placement and finishing, and supporting other construction-site activities. The role requires following instructions, plans, safety policies, and procedures. Work hours may be adjusted to meet project needs, including days, nights, and weekends. Work may take place in adverse weather and hot or cold temperatures.

Requirements

At least 1 year of construction experience.
Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
Diligence in demonstrating safe work practices.
Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Build forms according to plan specifications.
Set forms on line and grade.
Use power tools safely.
Use concrete finishing tools, including a bull float (mop), straight edge, screed, and hand floats.
Place and finish concrete according to plan specifications.
Follow instructions.
Assist with concrete placement.
Assist with concrete finishing.
Provide traffic control.
Install erosion control devices.
Perform general site cleanup.
Follow safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
