About The Position

Join the Forklift / PIT Operator talent pool for future opportunities in San Antonio, Schertz, and Seguin. The company is building a pool of certified and experienced operators to support upcoming warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution projects. Opportunities may be short-term, long-term, or temp-to-hire and may involve operating various types of powered industrial equipment. Full-time and part-time work are considered, and compensation varies by project and experience. Candidates will be contacted when an opportunity matches their skills, experience, and availability. Operators typically handle forklift and other powered industrial equipment operation, loading and unloading, material movement, inventory staging, order picking, and warehouse support. They also perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance and work safely in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Requirements

Previous forklift or PIT operation experience and/or certification.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments.
Ability to operate equipment safely and follow OSHA safety standards.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime as required.
Drug screen required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.
Load and unload materials and products.
Move materials and stage inventory.
Pick orders and provide warehouse support.
Inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance.
Work safely in fast-paced warehouse environments.
