About The Position

GoBolt is hiring a motivated Forklift Operator (Reach Truck) for its Houston, Texas facility. The role involves operating a reach truck and other material-handling equipment to move, store, pick, pack, and scan warehouse inventory safely. Operators receive and store delivered inventory, stage and sort items, palletize and crate goods, and load and unload trailers. The position also requires maintaining the integrity of company property, including tools, materials, and machinery.

The schedule is 6 a.m.–4 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday or 6 a.m.–4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. The rate is $18 per hour. The facility is at 15655 Milner Road, Houston, TX 77032. Candidates selected for an on-site assessment must present an MHE license from a certified MHE training center and be prepared for on-site testing; safety shoes are required.

Requirements

• Hold an in-date reach truck license.
• Have at least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse or distribution center as a reach truck operator.
• Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be able to lift 50+ pounds continuously.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be detail-oriented.
• Be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess valid documentation authorizing work in the United States.
• For the on-site assessment, present an MHE license from a certified MHE training center and wear safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck for assigned tasks.
• Use material-handling equipment to move and stock material.
• Receive and store inventory delivered to the warehouse.
• Stage and sort items, and palletize and crate goods.
• Move, pick, pack, and scan items safely.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Maintain the integrity of GoBolt property, including tools, materials, and machinery.
• Use tools such as scanners, carts, hand trucks, and dollies.
• Follow safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies.
