About The Position

The Warehouse Forklift (Reach Truck) Operator operates a forklift to move, load, unload, relocate, and stack merchandise. The role also pulls and stages orders for delivery, unloads inbound shipments, loads outbound shipments, and moves products to dispersing trailers. The operator is responsible for safe and efficient vehicle operation and keeping facility equipment neat, clean, and orderly.

This position is based at 8024 Telegraph Rd, Severn, Maryland 21144, with a starting pay of $22.50 per hour. The schedule begins at 9 a.m. and continues until finished. Work may include assigned days or nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Shifts are assigned for 8–10 hours. The role is classified as Career Framework Job Level T1 and involves working under close supervision with clearly defined standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic technical skills.
• Ability to work under close supervision and follow clearly defined standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, days and night hours, and overtime as necessary and assigned.
• Ability to work assigned shifts of 8–10 hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed.
• Must be able to work in the specified warehouse conditions.
