About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring a full-time Forklift Operator at its Farmington, Minnesota service center. The role involves safely moving various types of freight into and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long. The operator works on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock. The hourly rate is $29.21. The schedule is Sunday from 11 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. and Tuesday through Friday from 2 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Available paid time off may be used immediately upon hire.

Requirements

• Forklift experience.
• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Some LTL experience.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read and interact with a computer display.
• Dependability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
