About The Position

American Diamond Logistics – Fort Worth is hiring a Forklift Operator for warehouse work at 15277 North Fwy Suite 100, Fort Worth, TX 76177. The position is listed in the details table as Warehouse Associate. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, increasing to $21.00 per hour after a successful 90-day performance review. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with occasional overtime.

Team members may operate forklifts if certified and are also expected to perform other warehouse duties, including receiving inbound shipments, picking orders, and conducting cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least 6 months of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Have experience with sit-down, reach, and clamp equipment.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Have basic reading, counting, and RF scanner skills.
• Have reliable attendance and transportation.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• If certified, safely operate sit-down, reach, clamp, and/or electric pallet jack (EPJ) equipment to load, unload, move, and stage freight.
• Load and unload trailers and containers accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, put away, and retrieve inventory in racking and assigned locations.
• Pick, stage, and verify orders against paperwork or an RF scanner.
• Perform daily pre-shift forklift safety inspections and report defects.
• Keep aisles, docks, and work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Report damaged freight, inventory discrepancies, and safety concerns.
• Receive inbound shipments, pick orders, and conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
