About The Position

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is hiring a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for its Findlay, Ohio warehouse. The role involves safely operating several types of forklifts and using warehouse technology to move and track inventory. Operators help load, unload, stack, and stage products while maintaining safe, clean, and organized work areas and supporting daily production goals.

The AM weekend schedule is Thursday noon–6 p.m. and Friday through Sunday, 6 a.m.–6 p.m. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour. Overtime may be available or required based on business needs. The company describes opportunities for advancement into Lead, Trainer, and Supervisor roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet or seated for extended shifts.
• Comfort using scanners and basic warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts.
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to move and track inventory.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage products in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support team members in meeting daily production goals.
