About The Position

CJ Logistics America is seeking a skilled and motivated Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. The role safely operates stand-up forklifts to move products through loading, unloading, picking, put-away, and storage processes. The operator also helps prepare and ship products accurately, conducts outbound load audits, corrects label and count discrepancies, replenishes warehouse bays, and performs manual case picking when directed. Other duties may be assigned within the employee’s training and expertise.

The position works in a warehouse environment and requires the physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds safely and consistently. The schedule is Weekend Shift B, Thursday through Sunday, from 3:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Compensation is $20.28 per hour, plus a $1.50 per-hour shift differential; the role is incentive eligible. CJ Logistics America is unable to offer visa sponsorship or support for work authorization.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 60 pounds.
• Work collaboratively toward common goals.

• Be reliable.

• Battery and Propane Safety Training or certification.
