Stand Up Forklift Operator

The Forklift Operator safely, accurately, and efficiently operates material-handling equipment to support warehouse and production operations. The role ensures timely movement, storage, and staging of inventory while following safety protocols, inventory controls, and operational standards to support supply chain efficiency. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift certification required, or ability to obtain certification.
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience in warehouse or industrial settings preferred.
- Strong inventory management skills.
- Ability to follow operational instructions in English.
- High attention to detail and strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Comfort working in varying warehouse or production environment temperatures.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience in warehouse or industrial settings.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
- Load, unload, and stage materials to optimize workflow, production support, and shipping accuracy.
- Validate inventory, work orders, and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Inspect equipment, manage maintenance needs, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.
- Support cross-functional warehouse operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and space utilization.
