About The Position
Arnold Lumber Company is hiring a full-time Material Handler to support operations at its Attleboro Multi-Family Commercial Division in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The role involves accurately picking and staging lumber, masonry, and building materials for customer orders and deliveries, assisting customers in the yard and warehouse, and safely handling materials. The position is experienced-level, day shift, with an hourly salary range of $20.00–$25.00. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Forklift certification.
- Experience operating machinery.
- Knowledge of building materials.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds above head.

Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and stage lumber, masonry, and building materials for customer orders and deliveries.
- Assist customers in a polite and professional manner and support their needs in the yard and warehouse.
- Safely load and unload trucks, accurately handling, stacking, and storing materials to maintain product integrity and minimize damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through housekeeping, facility upkeep, and proper signage placement.
- Accurately pull and stage products for inventory and transfers, process paperwork, and promptly report discrepancies or damaged items.
- Follow safety protocols, complete forklift inspections, maintain required certifications, and comply with OSHA and company safety regulations.
