About The Position

11th Hour Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Order Picker Operator in the Union, Ohio area. The role involves accurately selecting, handling, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The schedule is first shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with pay of $21–$21.50 per hour. Requirements

• Prior order-picking experience in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Experience operating an order picker or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners, pick tickets, or voice systems.
• Operate order picker equipment and/or pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects.
• Label, stage, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
