About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Foreperson to oversee and direct staff to ensure all functions are carried out in a productive and timely manner. The hourly pay range is $21.30–$25.65. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
One year of prior related work experience is required.
On-the-job training is provided.
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.

Nice To Haves

One year of prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Initiate, plan, schedule, and evaluate the work, activities, and resources of crews or team members.
Instruct and train employees and team members in performing their duties and properly using equipment.
Enforce and abide by safety standards and regulations.
Coordinate work across multiple teams on joint projects.
Schedule and assign active work orders and monitor backlog, staffing requirements and capabilities, and previous work carryover.
Develop work plans and cost estimates by analyzing tasks and determining required resources.
Estimate costs for direct labor, materials, tools, equipment, and contract services, and track actual costs against estimates.
Ensure all work-related materials and labor are entered into the work management system.
Enforce departmental policies, procedures, and safety rules and regulations.
Supervise and participate in the layout, design, and fabrication of signs.
Write specifications and orders, and maintain an inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment.
