About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump and Power Foreman to lead projects involving the setup and teardown of Pump & Power equipment. Projects may include bypass pumping, generators and power distribution for special events, air conditioning and heating, water restoration, and disaster response. The Foreman leads and coaches team members, plans and coordinates project work, communicates with customers and internal resources, and manages project timelines and documentation. When not assigned to a project, the Foreman may assist with shop and yard cleanliness, deliveries, pickups, and other day-to-day business.

Requirements

• Basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skills for pumps, generators, power distribution, air conditioning, heaters, and shoring.
• Strong mechanical background, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of previous success.
• Construction background.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Basic equipment operating skills, such as operating a forklift and skid loader.
• Ability to perform physical labor and regularly lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50 pounds or more, and work indoors or outdoors as required.

• Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team members during projects.
• Create project plans and execute them with team members.
• Delegate tasks to crew members to accomplish daily goals.
• Communicate with customers and internal resources as a representative of Sunbelt Rentals.
• Create accurate project timelines.
• Maintain the tools and supplies needed to complete projects.
• Document projects, including daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and other required records.
• Assist with shop and yard cleanliness when not assigned to a project.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and everyday business when not assigned to a project.
