Foreman - Pump & Power
About The Position
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump and Power Foreman to lead projects involving the setup and teardown of Pump & Power equipment. Projects may include bypass pumping, generators and power distribution for special events, air conditioning and heating, water restoration, and disaster response. The role includes leading a crew, planning and coordinating project work, communicating with customers and internal resources, and maintaining project documentation and supplies. When not assigned to a project, the Foreman may assist with shop and yard cleanliness, deliveries, pickups, and other daily business.
Requirements
- Basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skills for pumps, generators, power distribution, air conditioning, heaters, and shoring.
- Strong mechanical background, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of success.
- Construction background.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Basic equipment operating skills, including forklift and skid loader operation.
- Ability to perform physical labor and regularly lift up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50 pounds or more, and work indoors or outdoors as required.

- Class A CDL preferred.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and coach team members during projects.
- Create project plans and execute them with team members.
- Assign tasks to crew members to accomplish daily goals.
- Communicate with customers and internal resources as a representative of Sunbelt Rentals.
- Create accurate project timelines.
- Maintain the tools and supplies needed to complete projects.
- Document projects using daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and other required project documentation.
- Assist with shop and yard cleanliness when not assigned to a project.
- Assist with deliveries, pickups, and everyday business when not assigned to a project.
